KEY POINTS:
Two teenage boys who sparked a search and rescue operation after they failed to return from a walk on Banks Peninsula have been found safe and well.
The search was launched last night after the boys, aged 14 and 16, were reported overdue from a walk in the Okains Bay area.
Police said this morning they had been located and reunited with their families.
