KEY POINTS:
A man who wandered away from North Shore Hospital late yesterday afternoon has been found safe and well.
Police said 75-year-old Momohanga Solomon, who lives in Helensville and had been in the hospital for a pneumonia-related condition, wandered off just before 4.30pm yesterday.
This morning police said he had been "located safe and well".
They were originally concerned for Mr Solomon because he was thought to be disorientated and the weather was cold and showery.
