Missing 81-year-old found in Whangarei

Police have called off the search for the missing Whangarei man after he returned to the rest home this afternoon.

81-year-old Mervyn Baucke was last seen at 10am yesterday and police began a search after being notified by the Potter Home.

Staff at the home notified the police at 1pm today that Mr Baucke had returned and he was safe and well.
