Missing 15-year-old boy found safe

A 15-year-old boy missing from Waihi for the past 12 days has been found safe and well.

Horace Hone Rolleston was reported missing by his concerned father after last being seen on Victoria St in central Hamilton on March 13.

Police credited the public's response to media coverage as playing a major part in finding Horace in Waihi today.

"We'd just like to acknowledge the public's assistance in bringing this matter to a successful conclusion," he said.
