Three people entered pleas of not guilty to several charges and a fourth person admitted a charge related to a brawl in which an older woman received injuries that led to the amputation of her leg.
Several people charged in relation to the Miriam St gang fight entered pleas in the Masterton District Court on Monday.
Wi Puhara Kapene, 57, pleaded not guilty to unlawful assembly and was remanded on bail until June 22, when he is due to reappear for a case review.
Noel Martin,
60, pleaded not guilty to two charges of unlawful assembly, and three charges of intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He was remanded on bail until June 22.
An 18-year-old woman with interim name suppression also pleaded not guilty to one charge of unlawful assembly in relation to the March 29 incident.
