Police divers who scoured the Wellington coastline for clues to the killing of Miramar mother Rongmei Fan uncovered a number of items of interest.
Ms Fan, known as Mei, was found dead in her home two days after she dropped her children off at school on November 8.
Police divers yesterday searched the coastline by the Miramar wharf and Shelly Bay Rd for items that may have been linked to the 37-year-old's killing, such as clothing used as a disguise.
A number of items of interest were found by the search team, police spokesman Nick Bohm said.
"We are assessing them at the moment for any relevance that they may have to the homicide inquiry.''
