The Police Minister has launched into two Australian journalists at the Pike River mining disaster saying their behaviour at news conferences has been disgraceful.
One of the journalists suggested a rescue operation in Australia would have been headed by an expert not a country cop.
The rescue's being headed by Superintendent Gary Knowles and Judith Collins says he's more than equipped to do the job and the Australian journalists should reflect on that.
Ms Collins says their behaviour is in sharp contrast to the generosity of the Australian people and also the behaviour of New Zealand journalists who've been extremely professional.
