This modern yet sleek home has a flat membrane roof and a combination of prefinished aluminium panels, plaster and alabaster brick veneer cladding.

The bleached colour palette of silvers, greys, beiges and creams is accentuated by a dark grey glass tint in a semi-industrial `shopfront' joinery profile.

The flat roof allows for both homes to benefit from maximum views to the west while enjoying the late afternoon sun on the expansive decks.

The main living area includes family and dining space, kitchen, separate living and master bedroom on the upper level which feeds comfortably onto the deck area.

The overhanging eaves, with cedar soffits, provide shade and protection to the stacker doors while the deck's frameless glass balustrade allows for unobstructed views.

Sandstone pots planted with striking architectural plants dress the deck and enhance the straight horizontal lines.

The fresh muted colour palette continues throughout the home with stunning American maple cabinets, soft tones of blue peral granite benchtops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen creating a clean metropolitan feel.
