A Mini Austin will visit Masterton next Monday as part of a campaign to raise funds and awareness for the fight against prostate cancer.
Sponsored by Cory's Electrical, the car will carry the company's general manager, Steve Priest, and commercial manager Marcel van der Park from KeriKeri to as far south as Invercargill as part of Blue September.
Last year, the trip raised $35,000 and this year the duo are aiming for $50,000.
The completely overhauled Mini Austin was bought on Trade Me. It will visit all 44 Cory's Electrical branches and will be in Masterton on Monday, September 22, from 4.30pm to 5pm.
At the end of the trip, it will be auctioned on Trade Me at a $1 reserve with all proceeds going to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of NZ.
