Millie Elder has earned herself another court appearance after allegedly being spotted driving without a licence by an off-duty cop.
The estranged daughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes was arrested on Wednesday, just one week after she appeared in court on fresh drugs charges.
Elder, 21, is alleged to have been seen driving on Lincoln Rd, Henderson, by an off-duty officer, who alerted traffic police. She was charged with driving while disqualified. Elder was bailed to appear in court later this month.
She will also appear in the Auckland District Court on January 13 on seven charges relating to her December 20 arrest.
