KEY POINTS:
Millie Holmes is due to appear in court today after spending two nights in police cells for allegedly breaching the conditions of her bail.
The 19-year-old, who last year admitted drugs charges, including possessing methamphetamine, a pipe and allowing premises to be used for drugs, is meant to abide by strict bail conditions until her sentencing next month.
However, it is understood she breached her bail on Tuesday and was picked up by police about midday.
She has been in custody at the Auckland Central police station since that time.
Broadcaster Paul Holmes told the Herald last night he had "nothing to say" about his daughter's arrest, while her lawyer Paul Davison could not be reached for comment.
Holmes was due to be sentenced on drug charges in December but had it delayed until March to allow her to continue drug rehabilitation.
She admitted the charges - which followed a raid on her flat in Ponsonby - last August.
At around the same time, she admitted having had a drug habit worth $1000 a day. The drug problem had begun three years before.
She also said she was high on P when she appeared on the TV3 show Deal or No Deal.
