Millie Elder legal challenge date set

A challenge by Millie Elder, stepdaughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes, over the legality of a police search warrant that led to drug charges is to be heard on November 11.

The date was set today in Auckland District Court.

Elder and boyfriend Connor Morris face charges that include possession of methamphetamine.

A defended hearing over the charges is scheduled to be held on the same day.
