Broadcaster Paul Holmes' stepdaughter Millie Elder was today remanded on new drugs charges and an allegation of shoplifting.
At a brief appearance in Waitakere District Court today Elder pleaded not guilty, and she was ordered to reappear for a status hearing on August 3.
She was bailed to an address by Judge Lisa Tremewan, and ordered not to consume drugs or alcohol, or to possess drugs paraphernalia.
Elder now faces charges in three different courts and a possible jail term.
Holmes was not in court, but Elder's Headhunters gang member boyfriend Connor Morris was there to support her.
Elder faced a charge of possession of a Class A drug, which carries a maximum term of six months' imprisonment.
It was also alleged she stole a $39.95 scarf from Farmers department store in Papakura, south Auckland.
Elder, listed as unemployed, will appear in Papakura District Court on May 19 to face two charges of possession of methamphetamine, one charge of possession of cannabis, and one of theft.
She is also due to appear in Auckland District Court on June 29 for a defended hearing related to alleged offending in September last year.
The charges are possessing cannabis oil, ecstasy, P, and receiving stolen property worth more than $1000.
