Millie Elder has been arrested again and is facing new drugs charges, as well as an allegation of shoplifting.
Broadcaster Paul Holmes' estranged daughter is now facing charges before three courts and a possible jail term.
Elder, 20, spent two nights in police cells last weekend after she was caught by a security guard at the Farmers store in Papakura with a scarf it is claimed she had shoplifted.
Police have also laid three new drugs charges against her - two of procuring and possessing methamphetamine and one of possession of cannabis.
Elder appeared in the Papakura District Court last Monday and is to reappear on May 19, two days before her 21st birthday.
She was bailed to a Swanson, West Auckland, address, the home of Headhunter gang member Chris Morris, the father of Elder's boyfriend Connor, a Headhunters prospect.
She is also due to appear in the Waitakere District Court on Wednesday on one charge of possessing methamphetamine and in the Auckland District Court next month charged with breaching supervision.
Connor Morris, 20, is also facing a charge of possessing methamphetamine. A lawyer acting for them at an earlier hearing, Owen Harold, has said they will defend those charges but first wanted to challenge the legality of the search and seizure warrant that led to their arrest.
In March last year, Elder was sentenced to 12 months' supervision for possessing P and allowing drugs to be consumed at her flat.
The latest arrest comes as her famous dad helps launch an organisation to fight the spread of methamphetamine.
The Stellar Trust is holding a charity dinner and celebrity roast of Holmes at SkyCity on May 16.
Holmes did not wish to comment on the latest charges.
In February, he came out swinging against gangs. "I am not remotely frightened of the Headhunters or any of their scum ilk, or any of the useless, aspirationless, ambitionless young thugs who phone me, threateningly, day and night," he said.
"And as soon as all [political] parties get off their arses and, once and for all, find a way to ban the Headhunters, the Mongrel Mob, Highway 61, and all other filthy gangs, the better."
