Millie Elder has appeared on fresh drugs charges.
The estranged daughter of broadcaster and Herald on Sunday columnist Paul Holmes made a brief appearance in front of a registrar at the Auckland District Court today.
Elder is charged with possessing methamphetamine - also known as P, possessing a pipe and possessing cannabis.
She is also charged with obstructing a police officer and having alcohol in a liquor ban area - outside the Albion Pub on Hobson St.
Elder has been remanded on bail to re-appear in January.
Her lawyer Chris Comeskey told the court that he was yet to get instructions from his client and disclosure of evidence from the police.
The 21 year-old has previously been up on drugs charges. She had been facing a charge of possessing methamphetamine, two of possessing ecstasy and a charge of receiving stolen property.
However police dropped the charges last month after her boyfriend Connor Morris pleaded guilty to a charge of possession and receiving stolen property.
