KEY POINTS:
Millie Elder, adopted daughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes, has been complying with court imposed supervision orders following her conviction for drugs offences, a court was told today.
Elder was sentenced to 12 months' supervision in March last year after being convicted of possessing methamphetamine and a pipe, and allowing her flat to be used for consumption of drugs.
But she later reappeared in Auckland District Court accused of breaching those supervision orders.
Her lawyer Jesse Soondram told the court today that Elder had since been complying with the orders.
Judge David McNaughton further remanded Elder on bail until next month.
Elder and Connor Morris, 20, are also on due to appear in court next month on a separate charge of possessing methamphetamine.
