Millie Elder, daughter of broadcaster of Paul Holmes, has been remanded until December for a defended hearing on drugs charges.
Elder, 21, appeared in the Auckland District Court today on charges of possessing cannabis, possessing methamphetamine, possessing utensils and obstructing police.
Her hearing was delayed until today after her last counsel, high-profile lawyer Chris Comesky, was suspended from his practice after admitting professional misconduct charges.
She was remanded at large until December 7 when she will appear in court for a callover. Her defended hearing may also commence then.
