Three men involved in the running down and critically injuring Tokoroa teen Seth Tera in 2009 have been jailed.
In the High Court at Rotorua today Sean Hemi Follas, 20, was sentenced to three years for wounding with intent to injure and an additional six months for being accessory to attempted murder - the terms are to be served concurrently.
Patrick Liam Wilson, 20, was jailed for two years three months on the charge of wounding with intent to injure and Harley David Robertson, 19, for two years seven months on the same charge.
Justice John Priestley said they had acted with "pack mentality".
He made a strong recommendation to prison authorities and the parole board that each be given every assistance to return to the workforce on their release.
The principal offender, Dion Hugh Bolt, 19, was earlier sentenced to seven years nine months jail on a charge of attempted murder.
