Two men had to be rescued when their boat started sinking in Auckland this afternoon.
The men were rescued just off the beach in Mairangi Bay, on Auckland's North Shore, by members of the public on jet-skis.
Anthony Flanagan from the Maritime Police Unit said the boat was too small and the men were not wearing lifejackets.
