A pair accused of shooting a man in the face at the weekend have made brief court appearances this morning.
Police arrested three men following the incident in Panmure at 4.30am on Sunday.
A 16-year-old appeared in Auckland Youth Court today, supported by his mother, where he was remanded in the custody of Child, Youth and Family without making an application for bail.
He was followed by a 27-year-old Panmure man.
They were jointly charged with unlawfully possessing a .22 rifle, presenting it at the complainant and causing him grievous bodily harm with intent to do so.
