Two men have been arrested following a series of aggravated liquor store robberies around Auckland late last year.
On November 25 and 26, WK Wines and Spirits in central Auckland, Manukau Liquor Centre and the Mahia Rd Liquor Centre were robbed.
The arrests of the two men, aged 29 and 25, followed an extensive investigation, Counties Manukau police said.
Both will appear in Manukau District Court today charged with the aggravated robberies of the three stores.
Counties Manukau CIB Detective Sergeant Dave Honiss said police received a large number of tips from the public which helped in the investigation.
