Two men have admitted the manslaughter of another man during a street attack in central Wellington.
Etuina Sipili died in May last year after being in a coma for seven months following the attack in Te Aro.
Fred John Pokoati, 24, and Jarrad Clarence Townley, 23, both unemployed, pleaded guilty in the High Court in Wellington yesterday to Mr Sipili's manslaughter after the original charge of murder was dropped.
They were remanded in custody for sentencing.
