Two teenagers have been arrested and another boy remains on the run after an aggravated robbery in Nelson.
Two boys were arrested after they and another youth entered a dairy on Roto Street in Tahunanui armed with knives about 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
Two members of the public saw what happened and entered the shop, helping overpower one of the offenders together with the dairy owner. The other two offenders ran off without taking anything from the dairy.
A second teenager was caught a short distance away by police but the third is yet to be found.
Two 15-year-olds will appear in the Nelson Youth Court on Monday charged with aggravated robbery.
