A man who allegedly threatened his brother with a boning knife in the early hours of yesterday morning has been taken into custody by police.
Police were called to the scene of the argument, the small park on the corner of Worksop Rd and Dixon St, about 4.50am on Tuesday.
A 52-year-old man was arrested and charged with threatening behaviour.
Police conducted a scene examination and located the knife at a neighbouring address.
The man was scheduled to appear in court yesterday.
