Eastwood Motor Group/Wairarapa Hyundai has been named as Best Small Workplace Winner in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey for 2014.
The annual programme is New Zealand's largest and longest running study of workplace climate and employee engagement, and identifies the best places to work in New Zealand as rated by their employees.
The winners of the 2014 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey and Awards were announced at a black tie dinner in Auckland last week. This year over 32,000 employees from 228 organisations representing private and public sectors participated in the survey, with 42 companies reaching 'finalist' status across the five employee size categories: Small, Small-Medium, Medium-Large, Large and Enterprise.
