Benjamin Bayly and Kazuya Yamauchi
European and Asian cooking traditions share the limelight with Kazuya at The Grove, with a menu created by masters of each cuisine. Chef Benjamin Bayly of the Grove was recently awarded the Chef of the Year award in the Cuisine Good Food Awards 2015, and both The Grove and Kazuya were awarded five spoons in the Metro Peugeot Restaurant of the Year awards this year.
The Grove's menu is classically based in the European tradition but takes in flavours of Asian cuisine, with a dash of wasabi here and a leaf of shiso there. Kazuya is renowned for its artful fusion of Japanese and European food and service. This event is guaranteed to be a stand-out, so don't miss out.
