Marina appeal rejected

The High Court has rejected an appeal by Bayswater Marina Holdings against restrictions on apartment development at its North Shore site.

Ngataringa Bay Society chairman Chris Darby said the decision confirmed the community and Environment Court were right to protect the land for recreation and public access.
