Over 450 people so far have been treated by St John Ambulance at the Big Day Out but only one has required hospital attention.
St John Ambulance special events manager Charlotte Guscott said she didn't want to "jinx it" but having only one person taken to hospital so far is a good result.
She said there are a lot of people who have drunk too much alcohol and some who have worn new shoes and got blisters.
"People think they're drinking fluids, they think they are alright, but there's a lot of dehydrating," Ms Guscott said.
St John have a grass bank set up called the "chill out zone" where people can sit back and are given water and a banana.
"They also may have taken something that they are no longer enjoying," Ms Guscott said.
She said St John also have two specialised mosh-pit paramedics on site at the main stage.
"Obviously the front stages are full-on and there are a couple of acts coming up that could give them some action," Ms Guscott said.
She said the security fences are at the perfect height to rip nipple and naval peircings out and some people collapse.
She said most people who come out of the mosh-pit have a sit down and may visit the "chill out zone" but after a rest they are back into it.
