LINK Brokers brokers Gordon Fridge and Ross Candy are selling a high-end management rights accommodation business at Mt Maunganui.

The business is based on the four-level Anchorage apartments complex — at 36 Victoria Rd, Pilot Bay — where more than 20 of the 68 apartments are available to rent.

A freehold two-bedroom luxury apartment is being sold with the business to provide accommodation for the owner, if required.

Fridge says the number of apartments in the letting pool has remained consistent during the current owner's tenure, which allows for seasonal variation in demand.
