The 18 units comprise one single-bedroom; 12 two-bedroom units and five, three-bedroom units.
Though similar to a motel in concept, each unit is in the style and presentation of an apartment.
They each have designer kitchen, large lounge/dining room, large bedrooms, a big bathroom, a laundry and generous private deck, television with Sky 50-plus channels, a DVD player, Wi-Fi and (in some cases) air-conditioning.
The complex was built in 2004, and completely re-clad three years ago. Its three-level building has new building code of compliance.
There is a basement with car parking and storage; a ground-level office, manager's unit and restaurant (not part of the management rights); a spare unit and additional car parking.

The IT system has been purpose-built for the hospitality industry, allowing additional functions such as checking in and out, accounting and running reports.
Snowden says his vendor designed the business so it can be run while enjoying a positive work-life balance.
"The Esplanade is run in as stress-free a manner as possible. For example, all laundry is owned and laundered by a local commercial laundry company and the owner employs reliable and efficient cleaning staff."
Snowden says the Coromandel is known worldwide for native bush, pristine white sandy beaches.
"At this spot there's great fishing and diving; the Mercury Islands are just off the coast; Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove are nearby; there's plenty of scenic cycle tracks to ride; it's an easy harbour to navigate for a safe anchorage and on 'indoor days', plenty of art and craft galleries to enjoy. Special events include the scallop festival, Leadfoot Auto Festival and many music concerts. With a permanent population of 5000 — expected to double by 2025 — there's good shopping, and ample professional and trade services supporting the tourism industry."
