The Mana Party is calling for the Israeli Embassy in New Zealand to be closed.
Spokesman John Minto revealed the policy at a rally for Palestine in Auckland yesterday, where he likened Israel's actions to the apartheid regime in South Africa.

He said our role in the global boycott of South Africa had a big impact.
"We had big marches and big rallies and we put boycotts on South African products and we threw out the South African ambassador and we isolated South Africa in every way possible, and we have to do the same thing with Israel."
