A man suffering serious injuries is to be flown to hospital after a car fire in Canterbury.
A police spokeswoman said a helicopter is en route to pick up the man, who sustained injuries after a car caught fire in Leeston.
She said "a couple of other people" have minor injuries as a result of the incident.
The road is blocked from Irwell Hall on Leeston Rd, and a cordon is to be set up around the scene of the fire.
The serious crash unit is investigating. Fire crews and ambulance are also in attendance.
