Man who died after three-vehicle crash named

Save Police have released the name of a man who died following a three-vehicle crash in New Plymouth this morning.
He was Bruce Atkin, a 62-year-old Canadian national who was living in New Plymouth.
Police said the crash occurred just before 7.30am at the intersection of Egmont and Bishop Roads, and
involved a large truck, a car and a motorcycle.
Mr Atkin was the sole occupant of the car.
Police said preliminary indications suggest the car had pulled out into the path of an oncoming truck.
