A man has been airlifted to hospital after sustaining serious multiple injuries when he came off his motorbike on State Highway 4 south of Waimarino, near Ohakune.
The man, who is in his 60s, was stabilised at the scene by St John paramedics before being airlifted to Wanganui Hospital by the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter in a serious condition.
