The Auckland man who disappeared off a Northland beach on Wednesday is still missing.
Alexy Ivanov was last seen entering the water at Uretiti Beach early on Wednesday evening.
Campground staff called police when they saw his clothes and car where still there around an hour later, but Ivanov was nowhere to be found.
A number of searches including an underwater sonar search that takes pictures of the seabed have been carried out but Mr Ivanov still has npt been found.
