Man stabbed with shoe heel

A New Zealand man living in Thailand received an unusual punishment when his angry girlfriend stabbed him in the forehead with her stiletto-heeled shoe.

The man had been living with the woman in Pattaya for three months when she found him "dabbling" with girls in a bar after walking out of their apartment following a drunken brawl.

The 37-year-old woman took off her stiletto and jabbed it into his forehead, the Pattaya People newspaper reported. Police and medics were called to the Joker Bar to attend to the man. He refused treatment and was taken to the police station for questioning. Police released the couple to return home and negotiate.
