A 30-year-old man suffered serious injuries last night when he was stabbed in the eye with a knife at a house in Henderson.
He was taken to Auckland City Hospital after he phoned emergency services.
A man in his 30s will appear in the Waitakere District Court today. Also last night, a man was stabbed in the back and buttocks outside Kiwibank in Avondale and taken to hospital in a critical condition. His condition later stabilised.
