A man accused of murdering two pawn shop staff will plead not guilty by reason of insanity, his lawyer told the High Court this morning.
Lawyer Bruce Hesketh said the defence would call an expert witness this week who would give his view on Zarn Tarapata's sanity.
A jury is expected to be selected this morning.
