A 20-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to charges related to a party described by police as a "Facebook fiasco", which attracted up to 1500 people in Napier last month.
The man, who has interim name suppression, appears in the Napier District Court this morning
He faces charges of endangering the safety of the public by allowing alcohol to be consumed on an unlicensed premises, and of managing an unlicensed premises, also known as "BME House Party Round 2," as a place where alcohol was consumed.
He was remanded to appear again for a judge alone case review on July 27.
