Man missing after jetboat flips in Canterbury

A man is missing after a jetboat flipped on the Waiamakariri River in Canterbury tonight.

Three people were believed to be on board and a man was swept away in high waters, One News reported.

Police were using boats and a helicopter to search for the man.
