A 63-year-old man is dead after the tractor he was driving rolled down a bank at his rural Tauranga property.
Police believe the accident happened last night, December 22.
The man was 63-year-old Dennis Francis Keenan of Omanawa.
A neighbour, the owner of the tractor, found the Mr Keenan at about 8.30am this morning after he became concerned the deceased had not returned the tractor.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
