KEY POINTS:
A 41-year-old Horowhenua man was jailed today for four years for a sexual attack on a 29-year-old man.
The man who has interim name suppression was found guilty by a jury in Palmerston North District Court on December 4.
The man was convicted of two charges of unlawful sexual connection on the 29-year-old following an incident on July 18, 2006.
Earlier the Manawatu Standard reported the complainant was angry the offender's identity and occupation was still a secret.
The offender was acquitted of one charge of stupefaction after it was alleged he used the drug amyl nitrite to render his 29-year-old friend unconscious during an alcohol- fuelled evening playing on music-recording equipment.
