A 58-year-old man was flown to hospital with moderate injuries yesterday after a quad bike crash in the central North Island.
Emergency services were called to a farm off the Napier-Taupo Road about 5pm, police said.
The man was thought to have been with a number of other riders when his bike rolled, trapping him underneath.
A spokeswoman for St John ambulance today said the man was flown to Hastings Hospital.
