Man injured in horror motorbike crash still in serious condition

A 24-year-old Wanganui man who suffered multiple fractures and chest injuries in a crash that killed two motorcyclists remains in a serious but stable condition in Waikato Hospital's intensive care unit.

The man was believed to be the driver of the van that was involved in a collision with a group of motorcyclists on a charity ride shortly after midday on State Highway 3 at Normanby in Taranaki on Saturday.
