A 25-year-old man was helicoptered to hospital this morning after falling 40 metres down a cliff.
The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter crew rescued the man around 10.15am after he fell down the steep cliff at a farm at Tangoio, north of Napier.
He fractured his hip, and was put on
a stretcher before being winched out and flown to Hawke's Bay Regional Hospital for further treatment.
