A Whanganui man has been found guilty of a violent attack on his grandson.
Lex Sinclair has been on trial in the Palmerston North District Court for two weeks, accused of fracturing the skull, thigh and ankles of his 11-month-old grandson in Taranaki in 2010.
He faced charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and neglecting a child by failing to seek medical attention.
The jury returned unanimous verdicts this morning.
Sinclair will be sentenced on August 29.
