Police have named the Mangonui man found dead at an address used to manufacture methamphetamine as 55-year-old Gary Maxwell Leadley.
Investigations are continuing into the 'clan lab' used to manufacture the drug, more commonly known as P, discovered at the address.
Police described the lab as "significant" and an Auckland Clan Lab team will be complete a scene examination today.
The matter has been referred to the coroner and police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the death.
