Man found dead in Wainuiomata, Wellington

Police are investigating the death of a man in Wainuiomata.

Officers were called to an address in the Lower Hutt suburb around 11pm yesterday where a 40-year-old man was found dead.

Police said they were investigating the unexplained death and a post-mortem examination would be done.

His death will be referred to the coroner.
