A 56-year-old man has died in a fire in a bus at a property south of Coromandel township.
Fire Service shift manager Scott Osmond said emergency services were called by a person at the private property about 1.30pm reporting an adjacent car and campervan were on fire.
One person was found dead inside the campervan.
Police said the man was using the bus as a home.
"We've still got fire safety looking at it. The fire was extensive and the scene examination is still ongoing,'' Senior Constable John Morrissey said.
