The man found dead beside a cycleway in the Auckland suburb of Kingsland has been identified.
Matthew MacDonald, of Western Springs, was discovered under the Bond Street over bridge yesterday.
A post mortem revealed the 38-year-old died from injuries consistent with a fall.
The death has no longer being treated as suspicious, and the matter is been referred to the coroner.
